I want a doula that is well educated in birth delivery and can be present to make sure everything in my birth plan is followed while I'm in labor! Beforehand I would like a doula that can tell me the changes in my body in my third trimester, and what actions I need to take to make birth easier to cope with! Somebody that knows the exercises that matter, and how and what I need to do to have a successful NATURAL birth! My birth is supposed to take place in Waco at Baylor Scott and White-Hillcrest but I live in Temple, Tx!

First pregnancy, need someone to couch me and be an advocate while giving birth. I have anxiety around birth and I need someone who can help me stay calm. Giving birth in a hospital, not sure on budget yet. Would like to work towards an unmedicated birth but if need be would be willing to make sure baby and myself are safe.

Hello! This is my second pregnancy, my first was 12 years ago. Carried to term, vaginal, natural. I'm 29 and just got off western medicine 3 years ago. I was taking herbal supplements to regulate my menstrual cycle and relieve chronic migraines. Since finding out I'm pregnant I had to stop my herbal medicine. I'm back to suffering from migraines and extreme nausea. I'm seeking natural and organic prenatal care, and coaching for me and my support team. For my birthing process, I want natural, organic, and holistic care, this is a spiritual journey, and I don't think hospitals nor my apartment can accommodate. I would need a birthing center, with the option for water birth, in a dark and calm environment.

Non medicated, immediate skin to skin contact with baby, no bath for baby, delayed cord clamping until white, free movement, water birth if possible, dim lighting, only partner in room besides the NECESSARY medical team, no tugging on the umbilical cord for my placenta I’m going to deliver that naturally as well, the baby shall not leave the room or my sight at any moment my partner or I will ALWAYS be present, I will be keeping my placenta, I will be snacking lightly during labor.
