Looking for a night nanny for my 4month old baby boy. Looking for an infant care specialist that is very attentive, or provides awake care. Need bottle/pump part cleaning, baby laundry.

We are looking for a live-in newborn care provider beginning in late December. Our main priority is overnight support so Mom can get adequate sleep. Duties would focus on feeding support, diapering, and soothing. Grandparents will help with meal preparation and laundry. Our estimated budget is $15,000-$20,000 for approximately 90 days, depending on experience, schedule, and responsibilities.

Looking to have between 8 and 12 postpartum overnight visits. Help with breastfeeding and sleep training would be preferable as well as helping us get some sleep. Estimated budget is around $3-$4k. We have Aetna but know that Aetna doesn’t cover most doulas.
