i feel like my milk supply is decreasing and i want to know what to do and how to help. my baby is exclusively breastfed with both bottles and straight from the breast. When I pump at work im barely making 12oz and that’s what she eats while im away. I want to increase my supply!
Need help with getting baby to latch. She prefers the bottle and screams when I try to latch her. Really prefer to breastfeed over pumping and formula but can only get her to latch once a day if that. She gets so frustrated and will just cry and cry until I eventually give her a bottle.
