Currently expecting twin girls and striving for a natural birth and need an advocate in the room for me other than my husband. I will deliver at Brigham and women’s hospital. In addition to the birth doula we are focused on securing overnight care most importantly, and will also be evaluating some daytime help. Many thanks.

My husband and I are looking for an experienced birth doula for the birth of our first child around 3/8/26 at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. I plan on requesting an epidural and would like to work with someone who can provide gentle, proactive, constructive support with that in mind. Where do you plan to give birth (home/hospital)? Hospital Provide your estimated budget: only insurance BCBS Describe your birth plan: Don't have one yet Describe your requirements for the provider (certification, number of years of experience, second language spoken): It would be nice if you understood and spoke Spanish, but it is not a requirement. Details about care recipients (Age, special needs, feeding, etc.): I am 33 years old, have ADHD, pre-diabetic. Include any additional duties (Sleep training, cleaning, cooking, laundry, etc.): Sleep Training would be nice, cooking would be even better. I would like some help with the baby, as I am in school and only have my husband around for help. Provide your estimated budget: I am hoping the whole thing is covered by insurance. Include your insurance provider's name and plan details: My insurance does cover Doula, but I may need a prescription or justification from my OB. Currently, I am on my spouse's family plan in BCBS Anthem PPO.
I plan to give birth at UMass Memorial Hospital. I don’t have a budget in mind, just collecting information for now. Am I able to use FSA funds to pay for these services? I plan to have an epidural and would like the labor & delivery process to be as quick and painless as possible.

Doula for delivery and lactation support 1 st Vincent’s in Worcester MA 2 curious about cost 3 natural vaginal birth, no epidural
I’m a postpartum doula and lactation educator, currently expecting my second child. I live in Clinton and plan to give birth at St. Vincent’s Hospital (due to insurance) and would like to labor at home for as long as possible before going in. My goal is an unmedicated birth. My first pregnancy and birth were overall positive. I progressed to 7 cm before choosing an epidural. This time, I’m looking for a birth doula who can help me stay focused, grounded, and supported through labor with strong guidance on pain management, positioning, and relaxation techniques. I value a holistic, health focused approach to pregnancy and birth, with a strong foundation in fitness, nutrition, and body awareness. I’m looking for someone who aligns with those values, provides evidence based support, and can confidently hold space while also guiding me when I need it.
I am a first time mom who will be delivering at Tufts Boston. I will be 38yo at time of delivery. I’d prefer low intervention but am open in cases of emergency.
