I am a certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, certified by a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to heal your core & pelvic floor (Diastasis Recti, prolapse, lower back pain, hip pain, pelvic pain). As a mother who has personally experienced a traumatic delivery with severe postpartum complications that required surgery and extensive rehab, I understand what it’s like to slowly heal after baby. My goal is to make women feel whole again with movement and feel heard. Providers can sometimes make you feel unseen, like you are "over reacting", or ignored. I provide training during pregnancy to relieve aches/pains, prep your body for labor, and heal postpartum. Private lessons are available in-person or virtual with REVITALIZE. Postpartum Reconnect online course is a full self guided healing program to heal your core & pelvic floor day 1 after delivery.

My philosophy centers on empowering birthing individuals through body awareness and promoting advocacy during labor. With a background in yoga and positive psychology, I believe in creating a safe and nurturing environment for mothers to explore their strengths and capabilities during the transformative journey of childbirth. Through the integration of yoga practices, mindfulness techniques, breath work and positive psychology principles, I strive to provide holistic support that nurtures the mind-body connection and fosters a sense of empowerment and confidence in every birthing experience. It has been an incredible privilege to work with new families, helping them ensure a positive start and reach their full potential as a family unit. As your postpartum doula, I will be your reliable companion, guiding you through this transformative journey. Together, we will identify your child’s needs and learn effective ways to care for your new baby and yourself. Before becoming a doula, I dedicated 17 years of my life to teaching early childhood. During this time, I managed a classroom of infants and toddlers, balancing my care for the infants with curriculum development for preschool-aged children. I had the privilege of meeting and working with many young families navigating this new phase of life, which fueled my passion for providing more direct support to these new families. I am honored to bring my extensive experience to the families I now serve as a doula. I consider myself a mentor to these new parents, empowering them to find the tools and techniques to make their first days and weeks with their new baby as comfortable as possible. Additionally, I am trained in infant soothing and calming techniques, and I hold CPR and First Aid Certification, ensuring that I can provide the best possible care for infants under my care. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to assist you in having the best possible start as a new family.

Hi! I’m Scarlett — birth & postpartum doula, lactation specialist, infant sleep trainer, and mom-friend you didn’t know you needed. I help all parents survive (and even enjoy) the beautiful chaos that comes after baby arrives. From soothing witching-hour meltdowns to figuring out breastfeeding, bottles, or why your newborn thinks 2am is party time—I’ve got you. But my care isn’t just for the baby—I’m here for you, too. Whether it’s helping you rest, listening when it’s hard, supporting your mental health, or reminding you to eat something that isn’t a granola bar, I show up with heart, humor, connection, and presence. When I’m off duty and not busy baby whispering, you can find me baking something sweet, discovering new food spots, road-tripping with my daughter, or blasting the perfect song with the windows down—pretending I’m a DJ on the best set of my life.
