From soothing witching-hour meltdowns to figuring out breastfeeding, bottles, or why your newborn thinks 2am is party time—I’ve got you. But my care isn’t just for the baby—I’m here for you, too. Whether it’s helping you rest, listening when it’s hard, supporting your mental health, or reminding you to eat something that isn’t a granola bar, I show up with heart, humor, connection, and presence. Services I Offer: Postpartum Support Gentle, hands-on support during the early weeks—including help after cesarean birth, emotional support for postpartum depression or anxiety, and assistance with light household tasks like laundry, dishes, tidying up, and more. My goal is to make sure you feel cared for and never alone in this transition. Lactation Support Whether you’re breastfeeding, pumping, bottle-feeding, or doing a bit of everything—I offer personalized support with latch, pumping techniques, feed/pump schedules, bottle transitions, milk supply concerns, and more. No judgment—just what works best for you and your baby. Infant Sleep Training I provide gentle, developmentally appropriate sleep guidance to help your baby (and you!) get more rest. We’ll work together on sleep routines, age-appropriate scheduling, and strategies that support long-term healthy sleep habits—without tears or stress.
