Hello, this is my first pregnancy and I want to be fully prepared and make this a comfortable journey. My plan is to give birth at a hospital but I am nervous about the pressure and the experience I might go through in the hospital. I would like to discuss a birth plan and budget with maybe a midwife or doula. Still very new to this and am open about learning and discussing about budget.

I am inquiring on behalf of my daughter who has had 2 C-sections but earnestly wants to have a VBAC. She was never allowed to try to labor for different reasons—nothing wrong with her ability. All of the connections that we were told would be able to offer VBAC in the greater Jacksonville area were dead ends for one reason or another. -She prefers to have a Midwife over an OB. -A home birth would be preferred over hospital. Any leads ir info would be greatly appreciated. She is getting very discouraged in her search. That’s why I’m trying to help her find one now. Thank you
