1. I plan to give birth in the hospital, and with calming effects. 2. My estimated budget without any calculations: A maximum of $200 a week. 3. I want to be completely calm when I go into labor. It’s in my intentions to have these things available and set up in the delivery room: Essential oils and a diffuser, a small space for an “altar” of Jesus (really just a tiny ritual to feel close to him), a Himalayan salt rock, plenty of water on standby, as well as tranquil music, Italian ice and banana popsicles, and whatever else I can conjure up before the baby arrives. I do not want to be on my back giving birth. I want to be as relaxed as possible, considering my condition as a more naturally at-risk, pregnant woman. I want to be able to push quicker and easier than I may be able to on my back. If possible, I would love a short labor experience, as long as my baby allows me to.

I plan to give birth at the hospital, I already had one baby but my experience in birth was really bad I wan someone that knows about birth that can fight and care for my needs My in-laws at giving me this experience away so I’m not really sure what is their budget I want to have golden hour skin to skin with my baby, delay the cut of the umbilical cord, they are my priorities, and I want to learn about breast feeding, with my first we didn’t have the support we wanted at the hospital with this and didn’t know how to get it so I couldn’t breastfeed. I am looking for someone to help with nights. I have an almost 4 week old. I went through a very hard labor and delivery and would love the support during nights. I don't need any cleaning, cooking, laundry, etc. just someone who can watch my little one at night. I would hope to find someone calm, gentle, with lots of experience, certified in CPR and newborn care, and someone who can follow a good routine. We like to keep lights low for baby girl and no tech (tv/phones) around her while sleeping. Baby is already sleeping 3-4 hour chunks from 11-2 and then 3ish-5 or 6. She cluster feeds a lot during the day to get her calories in so her sleep at night is great. She is a slow eater and is doing bottles at night with formula. I pump during the day.

First time mom that is doing a water birth at OSU with the midwives. I have a very supportive partner and we plan on going through birthing classes like lamas classes together. I simply am looking for birth support through a doula because I know it would be helpful to have someone there through that process to help him and I. I don’t know that I would need the full package, but am open to chatting about options. I am military and have Tricare insurance but don’t know if Tricare covers a doula. So otherwise I would be paying out of pocket, and my partner has a HSA fund which I don’t know if that’s eligible for doula payment. Thank you!

Im 23 and pregnant with my first. To be honest im genuinely terrified of every aspect of this experience and it’s causing me to lose so much sleep and stress more than i imagined. I’m planning on a hospital birth with an epidural. I don’t normally tend to fully go the holistic route always. I’m out of work and am relying on my fiancé financially. I know having the emotional support from a doula will help me a lot I’m just not sure I can afford it but I’m taking a look around.

We need help with caring for our baby and ensuring her mother is healthy. Occasional cooking would be very beneficial to us. Our budget is up for discussion.
