Anna is looking for Midwife
|
Location: Nashville, TN 37211, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: October 26, 2026
I would like to have a home birth, or a birthing center that is nothing like a normal hospital, if complications occur. I have had bad experiences with drs, and I would like to have the most informed birth, with understanding all of my options within the situation. I would like to have a full understanding of bills with a midwife, since I know dr budgets are 80k plus, and that is not in our budget. I do not know what our budget is at the moment. I do not know what all is on a birth plan, but I do know I want to be standing or in other positions, not lying on my back, when having the baby. I would like to have access to a birthing ball, tub, and other non conventional options. I do not want an epidural, if at all possible. Not necessarily because of the pain, but because I know it prolongs labor. |

Haidyn is looking for Childbirth Educator, Birth Doula, Midwife
|
Location: Nashville, TN 37210, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: April 13, 2026
I would like to give birth at home in a pool (a blow up kind). I stay in an apartment and have currently been looking for an establishment that offers a pool birth. My budget right now is around $1200 and it would have to be paid in increments. I can’t do it all at once right now. I am still curating a birth plan. I do know I want a natural birth. |

Brianna is looking for Birth Doula, Midwife
|
Location: Boligee, AL 35443, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: June 24, 2026
I plan to give birth in the hospital. I would like a doula to be there to assist and help make sure my birthing plan goes as planned. I want to be prepared for a natural birth. I'm unemployed but I have Medicaid so any with a low rate or payment plan. I plan to give birth naturally in the hospital possible even with water, dim lighting, no epidural, essential oils, delayed cord clapping, if possible keep baby with placenta. |

I would prefer to have a home birth but I am not against a hospital birth. I am hoping to find a midwife who takes my insurance (united healthcare), and my biggest priority is having a water birth with alternative pain management in hopes of avoiding an epidural |
