Hi! We're first-time parents in Phoenix with a newborn son (born late September), looking for an experienced night nanny or Newborn Care Specialist to start ASAP. What we need: • 3–5 nights per week, schedule set 1–2 weeks in advance • Evening shifts, ideally 8pm–2am (open to 8pm–midnight or early mornings like 4am–10am), open to suggestions • Overnight feeds ([pumped bottles]), diapering, soothing, and safe sleep • Light baby-related tasks during downtime (bottle washing, feeding/sleep log) Must have: infant CPR, newborn experience with references, and a background check.
