I need help with breastfeeding and having a painful latch

Help breast feeding I was Exclusively pumping for the first 3 weeks he finally decided to latch but has a shallow latch and I’m struggling to get him to latch better. I’m also trying to build a little bit of supply for the freezer for when I return to work. When I exclusively bf I only made 2 oz per pump now I’m barerly getting anything. Just need help.

Since being discharged from the hospital, we have been having difficulty with breastfeeding. Our goal is to transition to exclusive breastfeeding if possible, and we would appreciate guidance on improving latch, feeding techniques, milk transfer, and any other recommendations to help us establish successful breastfeeding.
