We have an almost 4 week newborn. We are looking for a night nanny to only help with the baby’s care overnight. More than 3 years experience.

Our 11.5 month old has had significant sleep regression over the past several weeks and months. We are looking for a night nanny who can help us train our child to sleep without utilizing the ‘cry it out’ method.

Never done fhis before so I'll have to see what they want or willing to budget.
