We are looking for an experienced, compassionate, and reliable night nanny or newborn care specialist to assist with overnight care of our twin infants. Ideally, we would prefer someone with a nursing background, although this is not a strict requirement. What is required is that the candidate is infant CPR certified, has a minimum of 5 years of hands-on newborn experience, and can provide strong references. Previous experience with twins is highly preferred. Our babies are 3 months old, and currently feed every 2 to 4 hours overnight. Either myself or my husband will assist with feeding, so the care provider would only be responsible for feeding one baby per feeding session. There are no special needs, but our daughter prefers to be held during the night and requires to be held for at least one hour after feeding. In addition to baby care, we would appreciate light support tasks during downtime, such as: • Ensuring the bottle washer is loaded and unloaded • Pre-making bottles for the morning • Handling baby laundry (washing and folding as needed) We are looking for someone who is patient, detail-oriented, and experienced with infant sleep and soothing techniques. Experience with sleep training is a bonus but not required at this stage.

We are looking for support at night. I am currently exclusively breastfeeding and I have not slept more than 3 hours. It is started to take a toll mentally and physically.

Help with sleeping comforting me and my baby sleeping techniques

My wife is undergoing unexpected surgery and will be in hospital for a week and won’t be able to lift our 2 month old for at least another month. We need someone to help out during the night hours to feed him the first week and provide assistance for my breastfeeding while when she is out of the hospital.

I plan to give birth at a hospital. I’d like a night nurse to assist 2-3 nights per week where they would bring the baby to me to nurse but otherwise keep the baby during those evenings out of The room. Help clean bottles and do baby laundry.
