The ideal candidate will be attentive to the mother’s physical healing and overall well-being, while also providing guidance as we adjust to life with a newborn. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of postpartum doula experience Infant CPR certification Fluent in English Experience supporting breastfeeding (flexible based on how feeding evolves) Support Needed Postpartum recovery support for mom for 6 weeks (including monitoring and comfort care) Newborn care and education for first-time parents Sleep training guidance Light household support (e.g., laundry) We are hoping to find someone compassionate, knowledgeable, and proactive, who can balance hands-on support with education and reassurance for new parents. I am planning on having my baby at a hospital. I am hoping my insurance covers the services. I would like an unmedicated birth, with all the benefits for my baby after so no delayed cord clamping, etc.

We live in Hanover, plan to birth in Carlisle. Looking for a home birth experience in a hospital setting. Unmedicated if possible, with minimal intervention. History of infertility and loss. Strong personality and need someone who can work with that. Looking for prenatal, birth and postpartum support. Experience with breastfeeding, baby wearing and cloth diapers is a plus. Definitely want someone with experience in movement techniques to optimize baby's positioning. My insurance covers 1200 per year and we can go a bit above that. Bonus points if we can split billing or do a visit in the new year to use both years benefits. Insurance requires a tax ID number and an invoice.

I am looking for a doula to have guidance on having a mother vaginal birth following a cesarean birth from my last pregnancy. I want to avoid that happening again and especially avoid that healing process I had to go through with my little boy.
