I am a FTM who will be delivering my baby via c-section at Johns Hopkins. I am looking for postpartum nutritional support, specifically in-home meal planning and preparation for the first 4 weeks. I want to make sure I’m eating a balanced diet to aid in post-op recovery and breastfeeding. Budget is flexible and negotiable, estimated between $3000-$4000 depending on services provided; grocery costs will be covered. We are a covid and respiratory illness-conscious household. Must be comfortable wearing a KN95 mask while in our home and near baby.
I am a first time mom looking for a Doula to come and spend time with me and my newborn (3/19/26 DOB) and provide education and assistance as we make this transition. This would be short term to help us be set up for success. I want to make sure I understand all his cues to the best of my ability - what truly is hungry, versus needing soothing, gas vs burping, etc. we also recently started using a sleep schedule and I’m not sure how helpful it is. I am also potentially interested in overnight assistance.

I need a doula who can provide consistent emotional, physical, and informational support before, during, and after labor. I want help managing pain naturally, including breathing techniques, positioning, and comfort measures. I also need someone who can advocate for my birth preferences and help me communicate with medical staff. During labor, I want continuous support, reassurance, and guidance to stay calm and focused. After birth, I would like support with recovery, newborn care basics, and breastfeeding if needed. Overall, I’m looking for someone who is patient, understanding, non judgmental, and dependable.

I am planning to give birth in a hospital and am specifically looking for a doula who has strong experience supporting natural, unmedicated births. My goal is to have a calm, low-intervention labor using natural pain management techniques such as breathing, movement, positioning, and relaxation. I want someone who can provide continuous emotional and physical support, help me stay grounded, and advocate for my birth preferences throughout the process. It’s very important to me to feel empowered and in control of my experience. I am open to necessary medical interventions only if absolutely needed for safety. I would also appreciate some postpartum support if available. I currently have Medicaid, so I am interested in doulas who accept Medicaid or offer flexible/payment plan options. As a mom of two, I value patience, clear communication, and a comforting presence.

We are expecting our first baby and are looking for a certified, experienced postpartum doula to support us during the first 2 weeks after birth. I may have a C-section, so we would especially appreciate help with newborn care, recovery support for me, and guidance for both my husband and me as first-time parents. We are looking for someone professional, gentle, knowledgeable about infant care and postpartum recovery, and comfortable teaching us things like feeding, diapering, soothing, sleep basics, and general newborn care. Light household help related to the baby and recovery would also be appreciated. A warm, supportive personality and strong safety knowledge around newborns are very important to us.
