I want to learn about the birthing process. I am a black woman and want to know all my options besides the ones my doctors say. I am having my baby at holy cross hospital. I am not sure of the price range for a budget. My doctor says I need to have a csection because of my scars from myomectomy.

We have a newborn born July 2,2026 and a 21 month old. We need help with potty training and sleep training. Some lactation questions, light housekeeping and light cooking. Massage therapy is a huge plus as I suffer with chronic pain from a connective tissue disorder called hEDS. If Christian and loves Jesus that is very much desired. Thank you so much! I'm looking for a doula who can help me through my first birthing experience. My insurance requires me to birth at Virginia Hospital Center and I've always been the kind of person to put half my trust in medical science and half my trust in holistic belief, I want to do everything I can to train my body and mind to be ready for the beautiful journey of childbirth. I want to build an ideal birth plan and have a doula that can help me Advocate it when I am in the zone during labor. Some goals i'd like to learn more about: Interested in alternative birthing positions like squatting or knees, might not want an epidural, Up to 40min delayed chord clamping, no wiping off the vernix.

I plan to give birth at a hospital, I have tricare prime so it will be covered at no cost to me. I haven’t decided on a birth plan yet!

We live in Hanover, plan to birth in Carlisle. Looking for a home birth experience in a hospital setting. Unmedicated if possible, with minimal intervention. History of infertility and loss. Strong personality and need someone who can work with that. Looking for prenatal, birth and postpartum support. Experience with breastfeeding, baby wearing and cloth diapers is a plus. Definitely want someone with experience in movement techniques to optimize baby's positioning. My insurance covers 1200 per year and we can go a bit above that. Bonus points if we can split billing or do a visit in the new year to use both years benefits. Insurance requires a tax ID number and an invoice.

Planning to give birth in the hospital, birth plan Is to try to go unmedicated with hypno-birthing techniques & an advocate for me when I cannot advocate for myself. Birth plan- yes to golden hour, cord clamping delayed, yes to all necessary vaccines, yes to circumcision. Willing to try N2O but no IV pain medications. Yes to epidural if hypno-birthing Is not going well & yes to c-section IF ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.

-hoping for full coverage through Maryland BCBS -giving birth at AAMC Luminis health hospital in Annapolis -looking for a doula. Meetings can be virtual prior to labor. I'm mostly looking for support prior to labor -I am VERY pro medicine and see doctors and nurses as the core of my care team. I need a doula who will advocate, but my philosophy is that the doctor is the one to trust and I don't want blurred boundaries. I honestly mostly want the support leading up to birth.
