We are looking for a night nanny / doula that can help sleep train our 5 month old son. He is a very difficult sleeper that has become used to nursing to fall asleep. Sleep regression really started around the 4 month mark and has not gotten any better. Nights currently consist of waking every 2 hours and struggling to go back to sleep. Mom is having an extremely difficult time and needs help as soon as possible. Dad works full time and struggles to assist during the week. This is baby number 5, and we are at a loss. Budget at this point is whatever it takes to get a better sleeping baby.

Requirements: Minimum 3 years of postpartum doula experience Infant CPR certification Fluent in English Experience supporting breastfeeding (flexible based on how feeding evolves) Support Needed Postpartum recovery support for mom for 6 weeks (including monitoring and comfort care) Newborn care and education for first-time parents Sleep training guidance Light household support (e.g., laundry) We are hoping to find someone compassionate, knowledgeable, and proactive, who can balance hands-on support with education and reassurance for new parents. Due date is 6/28, planning for a vagina birth but have a scheduled c section on 6/29. I’ll hit 37 weeks on 6/8. Looking for support while in hospital through labor and post partum as family support may be limited. Once home I’ll need help with night feedings, I currently have a 2 year old. I plan on nursing and pumping.
We are looking for a night nanny that can do the following. Feed, Change and put our infant back to sleep. When the infant is sleeping to help with the cleaning of bottles and items needed for the infant. We would like for our night nanny to be CPR certified.
