About me
Hello! I'm Hailey, and I call myself "The Birth Therapist." This title beautifully merges my roles as a birth doula and a physical therapist. With a Doctor of Physical Therapy background and experience at top hospitals like the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, I’m committed to providing you comfort and confidence while you bring life into this world. My extensive hospital work and personal journey as a mom of ‘two under two’ inspire my passionate and empathetic approach as a doula.

Service introduction
I offer a comprehensive Birthing Support Package designed to support you through pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period. Prenatal care includes two prenatal visits, birth plan assistance, prenatal exercises, and access to phone, email, and text support. During labor, I provide hands-on support at your preferred location, including pain management techniques, rebozo support, aromatherapy, and guidance on positioning and mobility. I also assist with initiation of breast feeding and partner support. Postpartum, I offer a follow-up visit within one week, guidance for recovery and newborn care, lactation support, baby-wearing tutorials, and referrals as needed. My goal is to ensure you feel supported, confident, and safe at every stage of your journey.
