Hello! I am planning on giving birth at Fresno Kaiser Permanente. Looking for a doula who accepts Kaiser insurance and this is my first pregnancy. As for my birth plan, I am planning for a vaginal delivery (if possible!), epidural and breathing techniques for pain management. For Delivery room atmosphere music is a must and dim lights. For delivery methods lying on back or squatting, whatever is beneficial. Skin to skin contact for sure and planning on breast feeding. I would love to have a doula who strongly supports African American moms. Thank you!

hello! We are two working professionals with a lovely 8 year old daughter and a 5 month old baby girl. We are seeking help with routine childcare M-F beginning at 7am and ending around 3-5 pm.
