About me

I’m Hanna, a certified labor doula offering both in-person and virtual support. I received my certification through Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association (CAPPA) and have been practicing for seven years. I have experience supporting high-risk pregnancies, families conceiving through ART and IVF, induced and high-intervention births, VBAC, and survivors of sexual abuse. I am comfortable in medically complex spaces while remaining deeply committed to emotional safety, informed consent, and honoring each family’s unique values and goals. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and evidence-informed. I believe birth should be a space where you feel respected, heard, and fully supported — no matter what direction your story takes.
