Hi, I’m Evie Belnap! I’m a certified birth doula who is passionate about helping women feel confident, cared for, and empowered throughout their birth experience. With a background in Exercise Science at Brigham Young University, I have a special interest in supporting women through exercise, breathing, and understanding their body better during pregnancy and labor. I love making birth preparation feel approachable and encouraging, while helping each mom discover what works best for her body and baby. Most importantly, I’m a friendly and compassionate person who genuinely loves being there for people. I bring a calm, grounded presence to the birth space. I believe that sometimes the most meaningful support is simply having someone steady beside you to witness your strength in pregnancy. Every birth is different, and I’m here to meet you where you are, support your choices, and help you feel prepared and confident as you welcome your baby into the world. In my free time, I enjoy adventuring in the great outdoors with my husband, painting, playing volleyball, mountain biking and traveling the world. I would be honored to be part of your birth story!
Due date close to the edge of this window?
At our first prenatal appointment, we will create a personalized birth plan and make sure you feel prepared for the day of birth. You will also have the option to design a workout routine tailored specifically to you and your stage of pregnancy. I can teach you pain-management techniques and be a resource for information throughout your pregnancy, helping you make empowered and confident choices that are best suited for you. When the time comes, I will be there at the birth of your baby, providing calm, compassionate, and continuous support in whatever ways you need. After birth, I will also provide a postpartum appointment to check in and make sure you and baby are doing well.
I will be forever grateful to Evie! She was there for my daughter at the birth of my granddaughter, when I was unable to make it. She was able to give the instructions that my daughter wanted to the nurses and doctor, and made my daughter feel comfortable. I didn't think my daughter needed a doula because I was going to be there for her, but in the end I'm so glad we did, because she saved the day! Would definitely recommend Evie!

Evie was so wonderful! Before birth she made me feel comfortable and heard. She listened to my concerns and desires for birth. She answered all my questions and helped me figure out the perfect plan I wanted for giving birth. During labor and delivery she was right there by my side cheering me on and giving me a calm and supportive environment. I don't know what I would've done without Evie. I'm so grateful I had her to help me. She is calm and happy as well as humble but confident and isn't afraid to stand up for what you want. After birth she checked in on me often and did all she could to make sure I was healing well. I didn't know I needed a doula but I'm so glad I did and I would recommend Evie to anyone and everyone.

Evie was an absolute lifesaver throughout my wife’s labor and delivery. Going into the process, I wasn't entirely sure what to expect, but Evie far exceeded anything I could have imagined. She was incredibly prepared for every single moment, down to having snacks ready the second my wife needed a boost of energy.
