My mission: To provide exceptional quality antenatal, labour / birth and postnatal support / guidance, both physical and emotional to families during their pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Postpartum Doula services

I offer a range of prenatal, birth and postpartum support. I like to work with a client to offer a bespoke service based on individual requirements. I am an experienced breastfeeding supporter and have a special interest in breastfeeding support. I am a hypnobirthing teacher and offer a 10 hour hypnobirthing course separate to my doula work or inclusive of my doula work depending on what my clients are seeking. I specialise in birth related trauma recovery therapy and have significant experience of working with birthing people and their partners in this area. I also work with parents who have experienced birth related injuries.
