About me

Hello, My name is Havilah and I'm a mother of two and passionate about all things birth and babies. I focus on honoring the sacred transition into motherhood and help to ease unnecessary pressures by providing education and supporting your personal decisions. Every family deserves individualized, educated and compassionate support. I am based in Eureka and able to offer Pregnancy, birth and postpartum Doula support for all of Humboldt county and some surrounding areas including Willow Creek, Crescent City, Mad River and Ruth CA.

Service introduction

I offer full spectrum support through pregnancy, labor and postpartum. I also support through loss. At a prenatal I will help to explain and educate on all the moving parts of labor and delivery and guide you in making confident choices that work for your family. I have lots of tips and resources to share. My approach shifts with each family as I desire to give custom and personal care to each client. A constant theme is keeping your space sacred. Your desires for your birth are important and you deserve to be supported. In labor I offer physical, emotional and spiritual support as desired by you and am able to help create a calm and peaceful environment. I’m skilled in making suggestions during labor to help ease discomfort. You will feel well prepared going into it. Postpartum is a different rhythm for each family and I am able to support in breastfeeding, newborn care, soothing and answering questions that come up.
