About me

Hi, I'm Heather. I gave birth to twins during the pandemic, and my experience sparked a passion inside of me to support, educate and help others feel empowered on their own child birthing journeys! I believe that every person deserves to have a positive and empowering birth experience, and am committed to providing evidence- based education that supports achieving this goal. I have degrees in Sports Medicine and Education, and have spent over 20 years mentoring and coaching others. I love drinking earl grey tea, being crafty, and exploring the local beaches on the North Shore with my wife and 5 year old boys.

Service introduction

I provide evidence based childbirth education classes out of Beyond Birthing Perinatal Wellness Center located in Beverly. I also teach zoom classes online. I have experience with multiples, advanced maternal age , and infertility.
