Hello, Kindly advise when would be a good time to call you and at which number? Is it possible to have a free call soon? Best Regards, Touria
Hospital Unsure but very limited budget (would like to stay under $1500) Birth plan is to be completely natural-but I do trust modern medicine. Minimal fetal monitoring, freedom of movement, freedom to eat/drink. I mainly just want someone to advocate for me and help slow down the providers. I have a history of sexual assault and want to have full consent every step of the way/being fully informed before being touched. I want a doula that is certified and has experience with this situation if possible. No additional needs other than hospital and maybe a check in to monitor me for PPD once home.
I plan to give birth at a hospital. I have had 1 previous pregnancy that resulted in a c-section. I desperately want a successful vbac. I was later told that the c-section was likely unnecessary and due to my doctor’s planned vacation. It was infuriating. My labor was progressing very slowly and I was bullied into a c-section. It was a truly awful experience. I want to feel respected and in control of my body.
Looking for a doula to help advocate for me during Dr visits and especially labor and delivery.
This is my first pregnancy and I am looking for a Doula who can help guide me through the pregnancy process, develop an informed birth plan and advocate for me during birth. At this time I would like to give birth in a hospital or birthing center.
I’m looking for a dula as a first time mama!!
Hospital not sure vaginal and no interventions (no inductions) gas and air, birthing pool.
I want a doula to be in the room when I give birth to advocate for me.
I am 4 weeks pregnant. I want to give a home birth.i have healthy blue medicaid.
Post birth help and assisted hospital delivery (patient advocacy). Maybe some education.
Hi! I’m a mom looking for a supportive, knowledgeable doula as I navigate pregnancy while caring for my baby at home. I value a calm, understanding presence and someone who can guide me, answer questions, and support me through this season. I’m hoping to find someone kind, experienced, and aligned with a natural, nurturing approach. I did have a C-section 9 months ago and I’m currently pregnant with my second baby.
I plan to give birth in a hospital but I need a doula that will help me advocate for myself. I have an overall “what I don’t want” but I’m terrible at advocating for myself and need a voice to help me not be swayed into something I don’t want to have. I am looking for a non-religious doula if possible and especially need one that takes Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina insurance. My goal is to have a natural birth in the birthing center (that’s attached to the hospital), I do not want an epidural but I’m open to trying nitrous oxide, I do not want to be induced, I’m aiming for infrequent cervical checks since they aren’t actually a way to assess progress, I want to delay cord clamping until the cord has stopped pulsating. I want to do immediate skin to skin with me and then with my husband and almost all tests can be done while doing skin to skin. I also do not want the baby taken out of my sight at any point unless for a medical emergency in which case my husband or doula would need to keep an eye on my baby at all times. I can’t think of anything else at the moment.
I am seeking a sibling dula for my 2 young children when I give birth this August. I will be having a home birth with my midwife. My due date is August 26th.
1. I would like to have my baby at home 2. My budget is very slim but this is important to me. 3. Natural labor at home, I would like to have a birth pool.
I plan to give birth in the hospital. I’m not sure what the prices are like but I guess around 75 an hour. I don’t really have a birth plan yet I have no idea what to expect really
