My Anthem Gold PPO insurance officially activates on August 1st. I'd like to match and secure a doula now so that all of my care and the birth can be billed directly to Anthem once my coverage starts. My budget is under $2,000. Do you have availability for early August, and do you direct-bill Anthem?
