Hello I am a 27 year old woman. No health conditions. I had a child August 19 2016 and ended up having to have a cesarean it was the works experience of my life. Now 9 years later I am pregnant with my second child and fear getting a doctor that will force me into another one without giving me a chance to try. I'm very adamant about having a vbac this time around I pray everyday for the opportunity to have one. And I an so uneducated on the subject. Stuck between trying to get refferals to different hospital not sure who to turn to and time feels like it's running out. I am 19 weeks and 5 days I need help. I would like to birth at home Honeslty don't even know what to expect with a birth or birth plan and what this would all cost? I need help

1. I am currently looking into hospitals and birthing centers 2. If you accept TriCare West, my insurance covers doulas as well 3. As natural as possible with no epidural or pitocin. Laughing gas is okay. Only husband and doula present during the actual birth, limited guests after birth. If at a birthing center, would like to do a water birth. If at a hospital, will like to have the ability to move around and shift if needed instead of laying on the bed.

Plan to birth at Riverside Community Hospital when the time comes. Going through Iehp Medical for services. Want to birth #3 vaginally, and unmedicated.

For my birth plan; I have been told my OB because of this being an IVF pregnancy, I will be induced between 37-39 weeks, which I am okay with but outside of that I am unsure of what else I should plan or want. I am looking for someone who could help support me durring and after the birth of my 3rd baby. I am seeing a midwife in Corona who is the only one I could find that will take my insurance (IEHP) but after a miscarriage scare I am struggling to trust her and hope someone with more experience could help me either push through with her or find someone else as well as support durring birth.

Please delay routine newborn procedures (vitamin K, eye ointment, etc.) for bonding time if safe. If baby needs to leave the room, I’d like a support person to go with them. Postpartum I want time to rest and recover before guests or procedures. Please discuss any medication or care with me before administering. Open to baby rooming-in; may request nursery time if needed for rest.
