Lindsay Karevoll

Hello! I’m Lindsay, a birth and postpartum doula and mom of 2. I became passionate about maternal wellness when I was expecting my first child in Norway. I received such quality care — midwives, visiting baby nurses, cushy parental leave! — but I was still missing the emotional support and expertise I needed to help me navigate a foreign medical system and the many anxieties I held as a first time parent. Since then, I’ve learned from hundreds of parents that they, too, needed more support than was available to them. Often times, they felt others were pushing an agenda that was not in their best interest. I became a doula to help change that, one family at a time. I’m here to hold space for you, learn with you, ease your fears, and empower you to feel confident through this important time in your life. If you are looking for a doula to help you birth and nurture your child on your own terms, please consider booking a free consultation with me. I’d love to learn more about you and see if we are a good fit.

Asking Lindsay to be our Doula and specifically assist with postpartum care is the best decision we could have made as parents. Our second born was much more challenging than our first and loved to scream all hours of the day. Not only is Lindsay educated, great at explaining things, and creative, she also has a very patient and calming presence that we desperately needed. SOme of the other Doulas I met were too "out there" and I appreciated Lindsay's "down to earth" responses that were kind and intelligent. She helped us feel confident and stay focused and calm when we thought we couldn't handle the screaming anymore. She gave us reassurance even as second time parents, we couldn't have done it without her!

“I’m an IBCLC and Certified Nurse Midwife with an independent practice providing both full-scope midwifery care and comprehensive lactation services across hospital and community settings. My lactation work spans the full clinical spectrum—from establishing breastfeeding in the immediate postpartum period to managing complex feeding challenges such as low milk supply, delayed lactogenesis, post-cesarean lactation, and infants with dysregulated feeding patterns. I have extensive experience in detailed newborn oral evaluation, including identification and functional assessment of anomalies such as ankyloglossia. I integrate these findings into individualized care plans and frequently collaborate with interdisciplinary providers for frenotomy when indicated, as well as provide structured pre- and post-procedural feeding support to optimize outcomes. My approach is evidence-based, highly individualized, and focused on measurable outcomes. I prioritize effective milk transfer, protection of maternal supply, and long-term sustainability of the breastfeeding relationship. My care plans often incorporate structured supplementation strategies—including the use of supplemental nursing systems to maintain feeding at the breast—alongside selective, clinically appropriate use of galactagogues. I place strong emphasis on ongoing reassessment and adjustment to ensure interventions remain effective. I also have experience supporting higher-risk dyads, including late preterm infants, NICU graduates, and cases involving maternal endocrine or perinatal factors impacting lactation. Working across both inpatient and community environments has given me a clear understanding of care transitions and the gaps families encounter after discharge, allowing me to provide more cohesive, continuous support. My midwifery background strengthens my ability to assess the full maternal–infant dyad and identify contributing factors early, supporting more efficient and durable lactation outcomes. I’m confident practicing autonomously and value strong collaboration within multidisciplinary teams, with a consistent focus on delivering practical, clinically sound, and patient-centered lactation care.”

Nicole was the greatest support! I connected with her last minute and only met her twice before my birth but she made me feel so comfortable and helped get me to labor down. She’s very hands on and I will definitely reach out for the rest of my births😊

Caesarine Huerta

I am a compassionate postpartum doula with five years of experience supporting families through the transition into parenthood. I provide hands-on, personalized support to help parents rest, recover, and feel confident caring for their newborn. My postpartum services include newborn care, soothing and settling baby, diapering and bathing, feeding and breastfeeding support, bottle preparation, newborn education, overnight care, and helping establish healthy routines. I also provide light household support such as washing bottles and pump parts, baby laundry, and keeping the nursery and baby areas organized. My approach is centered around patience, respect, reassurance, and meeting each family where they are. I support parents emotionally as well as practically, offering encouragement and a calm presence during those early days and nights. I understand that every baby and family is different, so I tailor my care to their individual needs and parenting preferences. I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about Caesarine. She was such a blessing to our family during those early postpartum weeks. She cared for Odera at night so I could get some much needed rest, helped me navigate breastfeeding, and, just as importantly, was there for me emotionally. Those first weeks with a new baby can be beautiful and overwhelming all at once, and Caesarine brought such a calming, reassuring presence into our home. She was nurturing, patient, attentive, and always seemed to know exactly what I needed, sometimes before I even knew I needed it. She didn’t just take care of my baby, she took care of me too. That meant more than I can put into words. I will always be grateful for the love, care, and support she gave our family. Any mother would be incredibly fortunate to have Caesarine by her side during such a special and vulnerable season. I recommend her wholeheartedly. ❤️

Hi, I’m Yoli! 🤍👶 I’m a certified doula, an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse, and the proud **founder and owner of Vida Birth Support . Vida is a Latina-owned business based in Riverside County, California, proudly serving families throughout the Inland Empire and surrounding communities. As a bilingual provider, I am passionate about offering compassionate, culturally sensitive care in both English and Spanish, ensuring that every woman feels understood, respected, and genuinely supported—without language barriers. With years of hands-on experience in Labor & Delivery and Emergency Care, I have witnessed both the incredible beauty of childbirth and the challenges women face when navigating the healthcare system. Throughout my nursing career, I have cared for women during some of their most vulnerable and empowering moments. I have also witnessed too many mothers enter the delivery room feeling overwhelmed, unprepared, unheard, or uncertain about their choices. I knew I wanted to be part of changing that experience. That passion is what inspired me to create Vida Birth Support.💗 My vision was to build something that goes beyond traditional birth support—a place where education, advocacy, compassion, and empowerment come together to help women take an active role in their birth experience. At Vida, our mission is simple yet powerful: **To empower women through education, advocacy, and personalized support so they can approach childbirth feeling confident, informed, respected, and supported.** ✨ **Education Is Empowerment** We offer comprehensive childbirth education classes designed to help expectant mothers and their families understand the incredible changes happening throughout pregnancy, labor, and delivery. Our classes focus on understanding the stages of labor, pain management options, medical interventions, recognizing potential complications, understanding patient rights, and learning how to communicate effectively with the healthcare team. I believe that when a woman understands her body, her options, and her rights, she becomes better equipped to make informed decisions for herself and her baby. ✨ **Compassionate Doula Support** In addition to education, Vida provides personalized birth and postpartum doula services centered on emotional reassurance, physical comfort, encouragement, and continuous support. Our goal is to create an environment where mothers feel safe, respected, and empowered throughout their journey. Whether you're preparing for your first birth or welcoming another little blessing, our team is here to walk beside you, provide guidance, and help ensure your voice is heard. ✨ **A Mission Close to My Heart** As a Latina woman, a mother, and a nurse, this work is deeply personal to me. I understand the importance of having someone by your side who not only understands the medical aspects of childbirth but also recognizes the emotional, cultural, and personal significance of bringing a new life into the world. I am especially passionate about helping bridge the gaps in maternal healthcare and advocating for women who may feel overlooked, intimidated, or unheard. My goal is to build a community where every mother, regardless of her background, language, or circumstances, has access to education, compassionate support, and the confidence to advocate for herself. At Vida, I believe: 🤍 Every mama deserves to feel heard. 🤍 Every woman deserves to understand her choices. 🤍 Every birth deserves dignity and respect. 🤍 Every family deserves compassionate, culturally sensitive care. 🤍 And every mother deserves to enter her birth experience feeling prepared, powerful, and supported. Vida Birth Support is more than a business to me. It is my passion, my purpose, and my commitment to making a meaningful difference in maternal healthcare. I created Vida because I believe we can do better for our mothers, our babies, and our communities. And I am proud to be building something that reflects those values every single day. ✨ Vida Birth Support — Empowering Mothers. Honoring Birth. I want to highly recommend Mona at Global Doula Care. We got in contact with her when we were looking for a postpartum night doula for our first child. While we interviewed a few doulas and doula agencies, we knew after our initial call that Mona was the right fit. We could tell she was experienced and she checked off a lot of boxes for us (certified through Carrot, spoke multiple languages, friendly with dogs, great cook for postpartum meals to help my wife’s recovery). Through the 7 weeks we had her, Mona was extremely thorough with her process and was a wealth of knowledge for us as first-time parents. She was detailed in how she explained how and why she did certain things for our baby, and it was apparent that our baby was extremely comfortable when she was with Mona. We’re grateful for the time we had with Mona and we wouldn’t hesitate to use her again in the future!

Working with Monica of Bloom & Breathe Doula Co. was an incredible experience. From the moment she walked through the door, she brought a sense of confidence, calmness, and reassurance that made me feel safe and supported throughout labor. One of the most helpful parts of having Monica as my doula was her confidence and words of affirmation. As I navigated the intensity of labor, her calming presence helped me feel more relaxed, comfortable, and trusting of the birth process. I especially appreciated how naturally she stepped in wherever support was needed. There were moments when my partner needed to step away or wasn't quite sure what to do, and Monica seamlessly stepped in to provide support. My partner also felt supported knowing she was there to guide us and help whenever needed. I never felt judged or questioned. My wishes and birth preferences were always heard and respected. I truly didn't expect to feel as comfortable and safe as I did during such an intense experience, but Monica made that possible. Having Monica by my side made such a meaningful difference in our birth experience. Her ability to recognize what was needed, offer encouragement, and provide both physical and emotional support made her an invaluable part of our team. We are so grateful to have had Bloom & Breathe Doula Co. be part of such a special day. I would absolutely recommend Monica to any family looking for a compassionate, confident, and supportive birth doula! If you're looking for a doula who genuinely cares about your experience, listens to your wishes, and makes you feel supported every step of the way, Monica is the person you want in your corner. Birth is such a vulnerable and life-changing experience, and having someone like her beside you makes all the difference. I couldn't imagine having anyone else support us through this journey.

Words cannot not express how thankful I am for Mrs Nicole's help after I had my son! She came to my house 4 times weekly and covered the night shift for me and my husband up until our son was 15 months old. the relief we had with knowing that our first child was being cared for AND we got to get rest to go to work and take care of our son during the day was and is truly priceless! Mrs Nicole helped with diaper changes, feedings and even ran a few loads of the babies clothes while we were sleeping. When our son turned 14 months, he was sleeping through the night so no longer needed her but truly are still grateful we reached out and got the help we needed and wanted. She was open to what we wanted as parents and even offered suggestions that helped us transition into a new world of parenthood. Thank you Mrs Nicole!
