About Caesarine

I am a compassionate postpartum doula with five years of experience supporting families through the transition into parenthood. I provide hands-on, personalized support to help parents rest, recover, and feel confident caring for their newborn. My postpartum services include newborn care, soothing and settling baby, diapering and bathing, feeding and breastfeeding support, bottle preparation, newborn education, overnight care, and helping establish healthy routines. I also provide light household support such as washing bottles and pump parts, baby laundry, and keeping the nursery and baby areas organized. My approach is centered around patience, respect, reassurance, and meeting each family where they are. I support parents emotionally as well as practically, offering encouragement and a calm presence during those early days and nights. I understand that every baby and family is different, so I tailor my care to their individual needs and parenting preferences. My goal is to make the postpartum experience feel more manageable while giving parents the opportunity to rest, recover, bond with their baby, and enjoy this special time with their growing family.

Postpartum Doula services

I offer personalized postpartum doula support designed to make the transition home with a newborn easier, more comfortable, and less overwhelming. My services include newborn care, diapering, bathing, soothing, feeding and breastfeeding support, bottle preparation, newborn education, and overnight care. I also assist with baby laundry, washing bottles and pump parts, light tidying, and keeping baby areas organized so parents can focus on rest, recovery, and bonding with their baby. My overnight care is designed to help parents get much-needed rest while I care for their newborn throughout the night. This includes responding to the baby’s needs, diaper changes, soothing and settling, feeding or bringing baby to the breastfeeding parent, bottle preparation and feeding, burping, and safely returning baby to their sleep space. I can also wash bottles and pump parts and prepare supplies for the morning. My goal is to provide calm, attentive, and dependable overnight support while respecting each family’s parenting preferences and nighttime routines.

I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about Caesarine. She was such a blessing to our family during those early postpartum weeks. She cared for Odera at night so I could get some much needed rest, helped me navigate breastfeeding, and, just as importantly, was there for me emotionally. Those first weeks with a new baby can be beautiful and overwhelming all at once, and Caesarine brought such a calming, reassuring presence into our home. She was nurturing, patient, attentive, and always seemed to know exactly what I needed, sometimes before I even knew I needed it. She didn’t just take care of my baby, she took care of me too. That meant more than I can put into words. I will always be grateful for the love, care, and support she gave our family. Any mother would be incredibly fortunate to have Caesarine by her side during such a special and vulnerable season. I recommend her wholeheartedly. ❤️
