A birth worker is defined as a doula, a midwife, a childbirth educator, an advocate who provides emotional, physical, and spiritual support. I am in love with the fact that I get the opportunity to impact multiple generations simultaneously. The sacredness of childbirth has become lost too many, and I recognize the importance of those initial moments of life. I work to create an environment of honor, love, and protection: the building blocks of generational health.

Birth & Postpartum Doula services

Let me be your advocate, your teacher, the intentional member of your team. Supporting you throughout the childbirth journey as a source of knowledge, with birth planning, prenatal stretching + movement, and uninterrupted labor assistance. I provide In-home care to new and experienced mothers. Using natural remedies to aid in the restoration and healing of mom, has positive and long-lasting effects on the entire family. My postpartum support also includes therapy such as herbal sitz baths, homemade soups, and teas that promote lactation, womb wellness, and holistic healing.
