About me

Hi, I’m Daysy, a Doula, Fertility Life Coach, and Fertility Coordinator with over 13 years of experience supporting individuals and families through fertility, pregnancy, and loss. My background in reproductive medicine has allowed me to guide patients through complex journeys such as infertility, IVF, pregnancy, and postpartum care with both knowledge and compassion. My work is deeply rooted in personal experience. Having walked through miscarriage myself, I understand the emotional, physical, and mental toll these experiences can take. This perspective allows me to meet each client where they are — with empathy, patience, and without judgment. I believe that every question, concern, and emotion matters. Whether you are navigating a major life transition or seeking support through what may feel like a small moment, you deserve to feel heard and supported. 🤍 What’s Included 1. Initial Consultation • 30–60 minute consultation (in person or virtual) • Review of birth preferences, goals, and concerns • Opportunity to ensure we’re the right fit 2. Two Prenatal Visits • Two in-person prenatal visits (1–2 hours each) • Education on labor stages, comfort measures, breathing techniques • Birth plan creation and advocacy preparation • Emotional support and partner guidance 3. On-Call Support • On-call availability starting at 38 weeks until delivery • Phone/text support for early labor questions 4. Labor & Birth Support • Continuous, in-person support during labor and delivery • Physical comfort techniques, positioning, and pain-management support • Emotional reassurance and advocacy support • Support continues through immediate postpartum (1–2 hours after birth)
