This is my comprehensive birth support package and includes: • Complimentary consultation to make sure we’re a great fit • Three prenatal visits, two in person and 2 virtual where we’ll discuss your birth preferences, comfort measures, labor positions, partner support, and prepare for birth together • Unlimited phone, text, and email support throughout your pregnancy • On\-call availability beginning at 38 weeks until your baby arrives • Continuous labor and birth support from active labor through the first hours after birth • Immediate postpartum support including breastfeeding assistance if desired • One postpartum follow up visit to check in on your recovery, answer questions, and support your transition into motherhood

Athletic Mother Reset
Athletic Mother Reset — $497 per month Designed for pregnancy or postpartum, this program is ideal for women who want ongoing support beyond birth. It includes: • Two in-home visits each month • Personalized guidance for movement, recovery, and strength • Breastfeeding support • Nutrition and postpartum wellness education • Emotional support and nervous system regulation strategies • Unlimited messaging between visits Additional home visits are available for $100 per 90-minute visit.
