am seeking a doula to help provide support, advocacy, and guidance throughout my pregnancy and delivery. As I am early in my pregnancy and have not yet had my first OB-GYN appointment, I am still learning about my options and what to expect. I would like a doula to help me understand the process, create a birth plan, and ensure that I feel heard and supported during labor and delivery. Having someone present who can advocate for my needs and help me feel safe and informed is very important to me.

I want a calm, supportive hospital birth with a midwife present to advocate for me and help me understand everything. I prefer a natural birth without an epidural and want clear communication before anything is done. I expect my care team to respect my choices and only perform procedures with my full understanding and consent

I’m looking to hire a doula for birthing and labor support. This will be my 4th time giving birth. My partner has a very hectic schedule and there is a big potential he won’t be able to make it to the birth. I need to ensure that I have support during my labor. I’ve dealt with some health issues prior to pregnancy so I want to ensure that I have support during my stay at the hospital.

Open to wake forest, or even north Raleigh area. Budget 2-3k looking for postpartum support with some overnights maybe 5 around the 3-4 week mark for our newborn ideally postpartum and lactation in one person. I recently found out that I am pregnant and likely due the end of January 2027. I plan to give birth in a hospital but as natural as possible. I am very wellness oriented - I am a strength and conditioning coach, very active, eat clean, and spiritual, and want to avoid unnecessary interventions like induction, epidural, pitocin, etc provided I have no risk factors at that stage in pregnancy. Ideal estimated budget of ~$1000-2500.
