Hello, friends! I’m Sara-Rene, part time L&D registered nurse and birth doula. As a montrice doula, I am able to help parents labor at home for as long as possible while ensuring the safety of both mom and baby. I am clinically trained to assess baby’s heart rate, vital signs of laboring mom, and perform cervical exams as requested. I work with you and your partner to help ensure the most positive birth experience possible. It is my mission in life to help parents welcome their sweet babies while feeling empowered through labor and birth. Combining my labor nurse and doula experience, I have been a part of over 1,000 births! I have a special passion for VBAC moms as well since my first two children were born via cesarean followed by three successful, unmedicated vaginal deliveries. I help educate with both evidence based research and experience, we will review birth preferences, and I will provide both physical and emotional support during labor, birth, and postpartum.

I am Chelsey Hernandez Whitcomb, CLD, HCHD. I graduated with my B.A. with Honors in History from Houston Baptist University in 2009 and taught school World History, AP World History, and AP Psychology for 12 years before leaving teaching to work from home in marketing. In March 2024, I realized how much I missed serving families, so I decided to work as a doula and childbirth educator full time. As an educator at heart, I believe continual education is the cornerstone to our growth as individuals and it is my hope to share my knowledge and experience with you during this special time. I offer personalized prenatal, birth, and postpartum support to women and their families. My goal is to give you and your family the support and knowledge you need to make informed decisions about the care you receive during your pregnancy and throughout the labor process. I completed my doula training with Shannon Stellhorn of A Sacred Journey Midwifery Services and Doula Training Program in Houston, Texas, in February 2018 and finished all certification requirements in October 2019. In April 2018, I completed a training on Integrating Acupressure Comfort Measures into Your Doula Practice for Pregnancy Care, Labor Support, and Postpartum Care, with Nicholas Olow, M.S., L.Ac. and in August 2019 I attended a Spinning Babies Workshop consisting of 14 hours taught by Rachel Shapiro, CPM, LM, SpBT, to be a Spinning Babies® Certified Parent Educator. In February 2021, I also attended a virtual workshop with Adilah Yelton to offer Bengkung Belly Binding to my clients. I am proud to say that as of December 17, 2021, I am officially a trained Hypnobabies® Hypno-Doula after scoring a 100% on my Hypno-Doula Training and am able to assist mothers who have already taken a hypno-childbirth class such as Hypnobabies® or Hypnobirthing. I hope by continuing my education in various aspects of birth and postpartum care that I will be able to better assist my clients during their pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Hello! So great to meet you, I'm Max! I am a LGBT/ Queer affirming birth doula who brings a unique perspective to the pregnancy and laboring experience. My background in body work and physical therapy gives me a distinctive understanding of how to apply my skills as a doula to physiological birth. My calming presence is reassuring to those I'm supporting, and their families. I am passionate about empowering all pregnant and birthing people. My strength is my adaptability; which allows me to support families in their choices. I am a parent to my 13year old clone, who I birthed at home. I run a suburban goat farm and have two giant fur babies that try to steal my bed. (Great Danes named Freyja and Kuma). I enjoy dad jokes, puns, and free books. I identify as a transmasc, nonbinary human. I use they/he pronouns.

Hello, I’m Veronica - a doula and homeschooling mama situated in Houston, Texas! You may often find me nap trapped in under a pile of babies; it's one of my favorite places to be. With six little ones to tend to, I have encountered childbirth in numerous variations ranging from natural births at hospitals, to traumatic hospital deliveries, an unfortunate stillbirth at 28 weeks, and a planned freebirth at home. As a doula, I possess a unique advantage that sets me apart - my personal journey through motherhood and grief. My doula training combined with this experience have equipped me with the necessary skills to provide exceptional care to expecting mothers. I am dedicated to treating my clients with warmth and affection, approaching their needs with the same attentiveness and devotion as I would a close friend. La historia de mi emprendimiento comenzó con mi propia maternidad. A mis veintitantos tuve a mis hijas, y la gran diferencia fue el respaldo de mi familia: Mujeres que me sostuvieron y Hombres que me protegieron. Ese acompañamiento transformó mi experiencia y me enseñó que maternar no debería vivirse nunca en aislamiento. Años después, emigré. Como migrante, descubrí lo opuesto: la soledad de las familias hispanas que gestan y crían lejos de casa. Sin tribu, sin idioma común, en un sistema de salud eficiente pero impersonal. Esa realidad me llevó a un 'ajá' interior: Mi vocación era crear para otras lo que yo había recibido: Un NIDO de confianza, cuidado y resiliencia. Ofrezco programas que integran mi formación como doula, educadora perinatal y especialista en procesos de indagación personal. Lo que hace única esta propuesta es la capacidad de tender puentes: entre lo médico y lo humano, entre la cultura de origen y la de acogida, entre la soledad y la comunidad. Lindsey is a BEST certified birth and postpartum doula, as well as a childbirth educator. She first felt the seed being planted in her heart to become a doula after the birth of her first son, but it wasn’t until after the birth of her second son that she dived fully into training and becoming a doula. Educating, serving, and supporting women are some of the things that bring her the greatest joy. Lindsey is always seeking to learn new things to be able to better support her clients. As your doula, she will work to create a personalized support plan for your specific situation and birth. She feels truly honored to be pursuing such a special calling and also to be welcomed into each family’s pregnancy journey and sacred birth space.
