I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant with my first baby. I have Kaiser insurance and plan to deliver at Kaiser Baldwin Park. I’m looking for a supportive, experienced birth doula who can provide guidance during the remainder of my pregnancy and support me through labor and delivery. Since I’m reaching out later in pregnancy, I’d especially like someone comfortable taking clients at this stage.

Education on new born care. How to nurse correctly. How to provide baby care needs. Also postpartum help.

First baby, needing support to ensure birth plan is followed as I am not confident in my husbands ability to advocate for my needs. Help also with postpartum care and guidance of baby care. I tend to have a lot of anxiety naturally. Planning to give birth at Ontario Kaiser - prefer someone who accepts payment through Kaiser.
