We are looking for an experienced night nurse / night doula to support our family in the early newborn months. Our baby will be born at Providence Little Company of Mary in Torrance, and we are hoping to find someone who can begin in late December or early January. You would sleep over in our guest room, and after I feed the baby in the evenings, you would take over nighttime care—diaper changes, soothing, and putting him back to sleep—so that my husband can rest for work. I may need occasional lactation support, though I can also consult additional resources as needed. We would also appreciate light housekeeping and light baby laundry during quiet moments in the night. We are looking for someone warm, qualified, and dependable who has experience with newborns and feels comfortable with overnight shifts.

I have a 13 week old boy who needs assistance with sleeping through the night. He currently has a schedule from 7p-7a, and does a dream feed at 11p. However, he still regularly wakes up throughout the night, with the need to be soothed to sleep. My goal is to have him be able to independently sleep during his stretches. I would like a certified doula/newborn care specialist with at least 5 years experience. He previously had a night nurse who transitioned to another client. We are looking for assistance ASAP.

Hello, looking for help for 3-7 days (depending on price) for a couple hours a day to help my cousin with her baby. Baby was just born Dec 28 2025, and she’s really struggling mentally and with the baby. The baby is not sleeping well at all and she’s having trouble latching him on to breast feed. I want to provide her support, she feels like she is failing as a mom and I know what it’s like to feel that way (I work as active duty military and am a single mom so I can’t really take too much time to help her my self right now). Looking for someone kind and empathetic with experience and knowledge for a couple days to help reset and try to get the baby into a rhythm. Hopefully try to set up some type of sleeping arrangements to help her feel a little better and not so lost. TLDR: Post partum care, breast feeding issues, sleep training, light housekeeping just general support for her) My estimated budget is 3 hours a day, $20 an hour, for at minimal 3 days(180$ total) depending on if she’s comfortable I would like to make it a week (7days.) potential for $420.
