We're expecting our baby on March 9, 2027, in Tarzana, and are looking for an experienced overnight newborn care specialist. About 5 nights a week, 10pm–7am, for roughly 12 weeks, starting at birth (on call from mid-February in case baby arrives early). Bottle feeding, so no breastfeeding support is needed. We'd love help establishing healthy sleep and feeding routines, and a smooth handoff to our full-time daytime nanny, who starts in April. Ideally you have NCS certification or equivalent training, 3+ years of overnight newborn experience, infant CPR, up-to-date vaccines, and references from recent families. Budget around $45–55/hour. We're looking for a postpartum doula for about to 5 -6 hours at night, 4 to 5 days a week, for the first two weeks.
