We are seeking an English-speaking night nanny with at least five years of newborn experience. Infant CPR certification is required. Our baby is 4 weeks old, medically stable and healthy. Responsibilities include overnight feeding, diaper changes, soothing, and monitoring, following safe sleep practices, and implementing age-appropriate sleep training when developmentally ready. The caregiver will also clean and sterilize bottles and feeding equipment, tidy the home during downtime, and assist with laundry (baby laundry required; general laundry a plus). We are looking for a calm, experienced professional who can independently manage overnight care.

Our primary need is daytime support 3 days per week for about 5 hours per session during the weekdays. We would also love the option for occasional overnight shifts of 6-8 hours when needed. We’d love someone warm, patient, and great with first-time parents who can help us learn soothing techniques, establish healthy sleep habits, and support breastfeeding and bottle feeding. Ideally looking to start within the first week after birth and continue for 8-10 weeks . Our budget is $30-$40 per hour. Hospital birth. We also have two friendly dogs in the home so someone comfortable around pets is a plus.
