First baby, planning a hospital birth at Los Robles in Thousand Oaks. Hoping for an unmedicated, low-intervention birth with freedom to move, a water tub if available, and my husband as my primary support person (hoping he gets to catch the baby). Open to nitrous oxide, but want to avoid the Epidural as well as Pitocin unless medically necessary. After birth I'd like delayed cord clamping, immediate skin-to-skin, and a hands-off approach to the placenta unless intervention's needed. I'd also love postpartum support to help us through early recovery and newborn care. Budget: covered under Gold Coast Health Plan (Medi-Cal), so looking for providers who accept that coverage.

I would love to be able to go through my insurance if possible. And I am having my baby at the Simi Valley Birthing Center. I haven't written out a birth plan yet as I am still more than 4 months away. I just turned 31 years old. and My husband and i speak English. This is our First Baby.

I am giving birth at St. Joseph in Burbank, CA. I want to use in-network benefits. I want to give birth vaginally and unmedicated if possible. I want someone who is Mexican and/or Black and Christian. English-speaking and has at least 2 years of experience. I am a 28-year-old woman with a Factor V Leiden mutation. Hello! I am having some issues with my supply and my baby is only slowly putting on weight.

I plan to give birth in the hospital, with Kaiser. I am considered high risk due to my age, 40. This is my first birth. My provider has suggested induction may be recommended.

Single mom of 7.5 week old twins who have been both breast-fed and bottle-fed since birth (I usually breast-feed and bottle feed to top them off each feeding during the daytime (and also pump in the AM and PM before bed to add to bottles), but give formula bottles only overnight while I am sleeping and the night nanny is with them). Both twins are now becoming very fussy with breast-feeding at some feeding sessions (but not at others). Tandem feeding worked before but has not been possible for 5-6 days because of fussiness while feeding and unpredictability of breast supply. Wondering if I need a new strategy or if this is just a fussy stage (6-8 weeks)?

My son is almost 4 weeks. I have a great supply and his latch is excellent, he unfortunately doesn’t get full from my breasts for an unknown reason. We have done every method from keeping him awake to switching breasts etc… but my breastmilk in a bottle fills him up greatly. I need help and want to do a weighted feed to figure out the issue asap as I’m at my wits end!

4 day old with shallow latch. Milk is coming in but he isn’t able to pull it out. Having to supplement with formula. Want to also evaluate for tongue ties.
