Lactation assistance with twins for breastfeeding

I need help with breastfeeding my 3 week old baby. She has recently started rejecting breastfeeding, which coincided with an oral thrush infection. We're struggling with triple feeding and want to know if we can do things in a better way for both of us. The goal is to exclusively breastfeed and to increase my supply.
