Lactation support for three week old, some latch issues

Hi , I’m looking for a postpartum doula or postpartum caregiver who can provide support during the last few weeks of pregnancy and after delivery. I’m especially interested in postpartum massage, belly binding (Bengkung), postpartum recovery care, and lactation/breastfeeding support.

I live in Hollister, but I will be giving birth at Kaiser in San Jose, CA, and I’m looking for a supportive, trauma-informed doula for both birth and postpartum care. I would love someone familiar Latina postpartum traditions (preferred), such as rebozo support, gentle bone closing/cerrada de cadera, emotional support, and holistic healing practices, and lacataion support. I’m hoping for someone warm, calming, and nonjudgmental who can support both me and my partner through labor, recovery, breastfeeding, and postpartum mental health. I’m especially interested in postpartum support that helps me feel grounded, safe, and cared for after birth. I have Kaiser and would prefer someone in-network.

Lactation consultant with in home visit desired. Newborn is currently 2 weeks and combo fed since she was born small for gestational age. Doesn't seem to nurse particular well on the breast which is always offered first before bottle.

Hi! My wife and I are expecting our first baby, a daughter, with an estimated due date of September 21, 2026. We’re looking for part-time postpartum support near Mountain View / Palo Alto / Stanford starting around late September or early October. We are first-time parents and would love support with newborn care, postpartum routines, and general guidance as we adjust. We’re especially interested in someone calm, experienced, reliable, and comfortable helping new parents learn. We are ideally looking for support 2–3 times per week for the first 4 weeks, with some flexibility depending on availability and fit. We are open to either daytime support or overnight support, depending on the candidate’s experience and schedule. Since this is my first time pregnancy I need someone who can help me with the birthing and preparing mentally and physically process throughout my pregnancy. I will be giving birth in a hospital. I want to give birth without being medicated. Estimated budget is 4,000. I am 32 and would like someone older than myself. Helping with suggested prenatal care and assistance with questions and concerns through my pregnancy.
