Hi , I’m looking for a postpartum doula or postpartum caregiver who can provide support during the last few weeks of pregnancy and after delivery. I’m especially interested in postpartum massage, belly binding (Bengkung), postpartum recovery care, and lactation/breastfeeding support.

Help with flange fitting and pumping. I am not able to figure out the correct flange fit i have seen multiple lactation consultants but everyone had different opinions

I live in Hollister, but I will be giving birth at Kaiser in San Jose, CA, and I’m looking for a supportive, trauma-informed doula for both birth and postpartum care. I would love someone familiar Latina postpartum traditions (preferred), such as rebozo support, gentle bone closing/cerrada de cadera, emotional support, and holistic healing practices, and lacataion support. I’m hoping for someone warm, calming, and nonjudgmental who can support both me and my partner through labor, recovery, breastfeeding, and postpartum mental health. I’m especially interested in postpartum support that helps me feel grounded, safe, and cared for after birth. I have Kaiser and would prefer someone in-network.

Hi, my son is 1 month old and I'm feeding him hybrid pumping and formula. I rented a hospital pump on Saturday and changed my flange size and from Sunday night I've got almost nothing from my pumping sessions. I don't know what's the problem and I'm really worried and I need urgent help. I prefer in person visit.

I have a three week old. He was able to latch with minor discomfort the first week. But due to having to introduce a bottle in the hospital, i began pumping mostly. He will only latch with nipple shield now. I have flat/inverted nipples. I need help moving away from pumping. I prefer in person visit and my budget is flexible.
