Provider Requirements Certified Newborn Care Specialist or RN/LPN with 3+ years infant experience, Infant CPR/First Aid, and lactation support skills. English required. Care Recipient Newborn (0–3 months). Healthy. Combination feeding (bottle/nursing support). Additional Duties Overnight soothing, gentle sleep conditioning, washing bottles/pump parts, baby laundry, diaper station restocking. Budget $35–$50/hour (~$6,000/month for 4 nights/week).
