Hello! This is my first baby. My husband and I are planning for a hospital birth at Huntington Health in Pasadena, CA ([personal details hidden]). I am looking for a doula who can support us with learning various strategies before birth (e.g., counter pressure, pain management, stretching/mobility movements) and potentially help with lactation after birth as well. I have not decided if I want to try for an unmedicated birth or not, so would appreciate someone who is versed on both options. We are looking for a doula who can help advocate for us within the hospital/during L&D and make sure my partner is included every step of the way.
