I plan to give birth at Sharp Mary birch hospital. $1-3k is my estimated budget. Unfortunately, my Cigna insurance does not cover doula services but I’m interested in your out of pocket fees within my budget. For my birth plan, Epidural if needed but would like to do natural since I had back pain after my first baby 2023 using it.

I’m looking for a birth doula that will guide and support us in the labor & delivery journey. I would love to get to meet with them 2-3 times prior to the birth in addition to having them present at the time of birth (major plus for any contact after too!). I plan to give birth in a hospital. My name is Suparna. I am currently 20 weeks pregnant, and my estimated due date is November 5, 2026. My husband works at Qualcomm, and we are covered under the UHC Qualcomm insurance plan. I am planning to deliver at Scripps Mercy Hospital. I would like to inquire about your doula services and whether you are available around my due date. I would also appreciate any information you can share about your services, packages, and how you typically support families during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. If you are not available for my due date, would you be able to refer me to another doula from your team or professional network?

We are deciding whether or not we want to deliver at home or in a hospital but I would like a doula who is muslim or african american and culturally sensitive to my faith.

I plan to give birth in the Balboa Navy medical hospital. My budget is on the lower side. Birth plan would be calm environment, only my doula, husband, and limited amount of doctors in the room. No student doctors. No episiotomy (unless medically recommended and/or justified), no male doctors, I do have questions about pitocin if the time comes, would like a epidural but birthing position to be hands and knees. I would also like a delayed cord cutting and deliver the placenta on its own time. We would also like my husband to catch the baby and cut the cord.

5 nights a week overnight help. Certified in CPR and fully vaccinated Any language is okay. Laundry and folding would be awesome but not needed. No budget limit for now
