I plan to give birth in the hospital. At Northbay in Fairfield CA, don’t have a birth plan yet

I'm working with the Midwife Clinic at Marin Health and plan to give birth at Marin Health. I'm interested in what is covered with my insurance! I'm most interested in postpartum help (night especially but day would be great too.) I'm also interested in a doula for the birth, if it is partly/mostly covered. I have a 3 year old and live with my son, husband, and bernedoodle in San Francisco.

Hi, This is my first pregnancy and I am currently 10 weeks along. I am looking for guidance and support from a doula who can help both my husband and me navigate this journey. I am planning to give birth in a hospital. My goal is to have a natural birth with an epidural. At the same time, I am open to any medical recommendations necessary to ensure the health and safety of both myself and the baby. I would also love to build an ongoing relationship with a doula who can continue to support me during the postpartum period, including education around lactation and breastfeeding. We are covered by Carrot Insurance and Kaiser, so it would be wonderful if you accept either of these.

Looking for a lactation consultant in San Francisco. Giving birth at ucsf mission bay. I’m 40 and this is my first baby/pregnancy. I want to try to breastfeed as long as possible and also build up a milk bank so once I have to go back to work I have milk I can use to extend the time my baby is getting breast milk. Kaiser Permante downtown SF Insurance covered Ideally unmedicated vaginal birth but flexible. Female on Doulas and ideally muslim for cultural and religious understanding but not a hard requirement. I am with Kaiser so it should be covered by insurance

I want to book an appointment in advance with a lactation consultant given how hard I heard latching can be. I also want to prepare to pump and breast-feed at the same time so that I get support from my partner to give the bottle and also transitioning into work more easily while still maintaining the benefits of breast-feeding.
