I’m planning to give birth at a hospital and I’m looking for a doula who can support a calm, empowering, and informed birth experience. I’d like someone who can help advocate for me, communicate clearly with medical staff, and keep me grounded emotionally and mentally throughout labor. My estimated budget is flexible depending on services included. Ideally, I’d love guidance with pain-management techniques, breathing, reassurance, and support before, during, and shortly after birth. I’m also interested in postpartum support and possibly night nursing in the beginning if needed. Overall, I want to feel safe, supported, and confident throughout this process.
Doula services postpartum at our apartment and hopefully overnight as well. We have CIGNA insurance that will cover due less services so ideally it could be someone in network.

However, he still regularly wakes up throughout the night, with the need to be soothed to sleep. My goal is to have him be able to independently sleep during his stretches. I would like a certified doula/newborn care specialist with at least 5 years experience. He previously had a night nurse who transitioned to another client. We are looking for assistance ASAP.
