I am needing to increase my milk supply I pump every 2 hours and I power pump twice a day but it just doesn't seem to be helping. My daughter is almost 5 months old but is very sensitive when it comes to dairy formula and is now having constipation issues with soy formula. I'm wanting to produce more so we can cut out formula completely. I speak only English. Needs to be something covered by medical due to not having a income

Hello! I am planning on giving birth at Fresno Kaiser Permanente. Looking for a doula who accepts Kaiser insurance and this is my first pregnancy. As for my birth plan, I am planning for a vaginal delivery (if possible!), epidural and breathing techniques for pain management. For Delivery room atmosphere music is a must and dim lights. For delivery methods lying on back or squatting, whatever is beneficial. Skin to skin contact for sure and planning on breast feeding. I would love to have a doula who strongly supports African American moms. Thank you!

Breastfeeding/ pumping help. I have inverted/ flat nipples and can't figure out the right size flange and can't get my daughter to latch very well especially after having a bottle. I keep getting clogged milk ducts that are extremely painful in both breast. And my nipples are very sore all the time. Something is wrong and I can't figure it out.
