I’m planning to give birth at the hospital. Would need doula to accept HMO Kaiser and bill Kaiser. Open to decision and options for birth plan. Of course goal is vaginal no medication but understand things happen and that may be the option if there is an emergency. Best ways to help myself and baby have a healthy delivery.
