At the same time, I am open to any medical recommendations necessary to ensure the health and safety of both myself and the baby. I would also love to build an ongoing relationship with a doula who can continue to support me during the postpartum period, including education around lactation and breastfeeding. Kaiser Permante downtown SF Insurance covered Ideally unmedicated vaginal birth but flexible. Female on Doulas and ideally muslim for cultural and religious understanding but not a hard requirement. I am with Kaiser so it should be covered by insurance
